Exam Name – Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test

Educational qualification for Class I to V – Candidates must be passed 10+2/ D.Ted/ DIET from any recognized university/ institutions.

Educational qualification for Class VI to VIII – Candidates must have bachelor degree under 10+2+3 pattern or B.ED degree from any recognized university/ institutions.

Application fee – Candidates have to pay Rs. 500 as examination fee plus Rs. 50 application fee. SC/ ST/ Physically Challenged candidates will pay Rs. 250 examination fee plus Rs. 50 application fee.
