Hyderabad: Polytechnic Common Entrance Test – POLY CET – 2013 results
are declared at 2.30 pm today. POLY CET 2013 was conducted on 2ndMay.
The results will be announced by P. Jayaprakash Rao, Chairman, Andhra Pradesh
Council of Higher Education. The results will be announced at Sanketika
Vidya Bhavan, Masab Tank, it is informed.
Candidates can check the results of POLY CET 2013 on various
websites such as

Authorities informed that the ranks of the candidates will be
communicated to the individual candidates via SMSes. Around 89,107
candidates appeared for POLYCET 2013. POLYCET is conducted for admission
into various polytechnic colleges in Andhra Pradesh in several junior and degree courses.
The pass percentage in POLYCET 2013 results is 71.94
percent. Girls outshined boys inpolytechnic entrance
results. A total of 2,46,970 candidates appeared for the exam and
1,77,678 qualified. Students belonging to east Godavari stood in the
first two ranks in POLY CET 2013.
Web counselling for students who qualified in POLY CET 2013 will be held from 6th June, 2013. The notification for counselling will be
released in the last week of May, 2013. Candidates can choose any course of
their choice and seat will be allotted to them as per their score in the exam.
The state board of technical education and training Andhra
Pradesh Hyderabad which is also called SBTET conducts polytechnic common entrance exam for admission into
various s diploma courses offered by government as well as private polytechnic and diploma colleges. Every year the
results were announced in the month of June but
this time state board of technical education and training announced the results
in the month of May itself. The
