He believes the year 2012 was not good for the job seekers, employers due to several existing economic conditions. FMCG, retail, and hospitality are being the biggest job creators in the year, Vats said.
A G Rao, Man Power India Managing Director, also has a similar view. But he cautions the job seekers with the fact that some companies will still be hesitant for the expected pay hike.
